How might creating my own Personal Learning Network make a difference in my life and in the lives of others?
Today I complete the last task for the 31 Day Challenge so rather than write a SWOT analysis for my blog I am going to do what is known by Lane Clark as an SWSW – being strengths, weaknesses and so whats.
NB: Lane Clark is the founding President of Ideasys Inc ., an international corporation which specialises in providing practical and innovative professional development for educators.
In a rapidly changing world, Ideasys is committed to supporting teachers in their quest to provide learners with the tools, skills and strategies of tomorrow.
With a focus on teaching learners how to think and how to learn, through a holistic and authentic approach, which infuses technologies seamlessly, Ideasys empowers teachers to prepare learners for their future.

Weaknesses
So Whats
One last note: A bit thanks to Problogger , Sue Waters and the 31 Day Challenge for allowing me to be part of such a fantastic experience that I know I will share with many others.
During the challenge I have joined a number of social networks and write comments or posts for each one on a regular basis – this is great self-directed great PD!
I have yet to follow COO9 Connecting Online and listen to the weekly discussions – this sounds like a great social space and is to become one of my ‘choose to contribute tasks’.
I’m going to give Paul a shout out here J
“As a 31 Day challenge e-buddy, I have enjoyed reading your posts Paul and the constructive comments you have also provided me. Thank you so much”
FYI…. Paul has been a primary school teacher and is currently providing professional development workshops for teachers in The United Kingdom, Australia and Switzerland. Like the goal I set for the 31 Day Challenge, I have three very powerful words that epitomise the essence of my blog mission statement.
The purpose of my blog is to connect to the global world, contribute to the learning and thinking of other like-minded bloggers and to collaborate in projects that encourage an e-journey of the unknown.
